At checkout we ask the date you need your products delivered by. We understand many customers need awards by a certain event date, and must have them delivered with a specific deadline. We take your requested delivery date very seriously, and if we believe we cannot meet your deadline for any reason, we will contact you to make other arrangements. PLEASE NOTE THAT LATELY SHIPPING DELAYS WITH UPS AND USPS HAS BECOME FREQUENT, WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. Even though we may ship in time to give our shippers plenty of time to deliver your order by your due date, these uncertain times have caused all carriers to be extremely unpredictable.
