I found Just Award Medals through EBay and was in desperate need of a quick turnaround on medals for my son's T-Ball team in which I was head coach of. The staff was extremely helpful and had my order within 24 hours. I bought these 5k medals that I was planning for work. I was really wanting finisher medals but was nervous about quality with the price but knew I did not have much to spend. They shipped then very quickly as I ordered them one week prior to race day and had them in plenty of time (with free shipping I might add) and I was blown away with how nice they were. I purchased this fencing medal for our fencing tournament. I was thrilled with them. I am a graphic artist so when I saw the engraved text they put on them I was overly pleased. Not only did the put the words on the medal, they added an embellishment and made it look really good. The youth who won the medals really like them and the college students who placed also like their medals, but thought it childish to show too much enthusiasm over the way a medal looks. One of the adults who has been fencing for over 20 years says this was the coolest medal that he has ever received. I will be coming back to JustAwardMedals the next time I purchase medals for our fencing tournament.

I have ordered the custom dog tag for three years in a row for a trail run I host. Just Awards has supplied the medals every year, with changes in the design every time. The service is fast, fast, fast, and the people are friendly and helpful. The medals are unique and the race participants love them. The last order they sent some slightly imperfect tags for extras, there was a slight imperfection on the back of the medal, hardly noticeable, and we were able to hand out the dog tag medal to the dogs who ran with their running owners. So great they sent the medals and the runners loved that the dogs got their recognition for running too! Job well done, Just Award Medals!

Not only were the medals made as I ordered them, but they called me to make sure the small change I made from last year was intentional - because it didn't match what I did last year. I organized a charity 5k and our goal was to manage expenses but make an impression on our participants. We wanted to provide medals to our top finishers in each age group by gender. We ordered 8 gold, silver and bronze custom medals and they arrived within days. I was impressed with the quality of the medals and the customization work. The top finishers were also pleased with a custom finisher's medal rather than a participant medal. After the race, I was contacted by someone who wanted to purchase a finisher's medal for personal reasons. I contacted customer service about getting a single medal and what it would cost. I immediately received a response from customer service and to my surprise they offered to send it for no charge and have it to me in a couple days. I'd give them 10 stars if I could for the quality of the product, the customer service and overall experience. Thank you Awards USA...we will be back for our next event!

Amazing customer service! The turn around on my medals was far faster than I expected. In fact, I received my confirmation of shipment so quickly that I thought they must have forgotten the custom engraving. When I e-mailed customer service to check on the engraving, customer service got back with me right away, and let me know they did receive my e-mail with engraving instructions, that it was done, and that they were just really fast. She wasn't kidding! The custom, individualized engraving looks wonderful and came beautifully centered. The graphic is just as pictured. The other teachers I showed these to were also very impressed. The only people that will be disappointed with this medal are the kids who didn't earn them.

My women's hockey team was planning our first tournament in honor of a team mate who died last year in a car accident. As women, we didn't really want to do medals; after all, what do you really DO with them? But we had trouble trying to decide on a cost effective, classy alternative that did justice to our logo (which is AMAZING). In the end, we decided we had no choice and we would do medals. Just a note to thank you for your amazingly fast service on our awards medal order (Order#: 22373). I had ordered (and already received) our awards months in advance but at the last minute, two students tied for one of the awards and the Executive Director wanted to split the scholarship money and give each student a medal. I placed the order (with additional medals to meet the minimum requirement) Friday morning and received an email that evening that it had shipped (our items were engraved, too!) I had paid for 2-3 day shipping and received them late Monday, well in time for our Tuesday p.m. awards ceremony. I don't know how you got it done so quickly, and I never expected it would happen.
