Expedited or faster delivery shipment services are not included in this offer, and will incur an additional charge. If you need something FAST, call us and see if we can accommodate your request.

Qualifying orders MUST be prepaid and placed by you over the internet on our website. We reserve the right to ship FREE by either USPS, UPS Ground or UPS Ground/Surepost. Purchase Orders are NOT eligible for free shipping, unless pre-paid.

Certain products may not be eligible for Free Shipping. Free shipping generally applies to our medals, ribbons, pins and dog tags. Some categories of products may not be eligible for free shipping, which may include some plaques, award belts, clocks, crystal awards, acrylic and resin awards/trophies and our race event signs. Many of these types of products take special care and additional labor to package to prevent breakage. If you are unsure, look for the "Free Shipping" logo pictured on product pages to determine if it is eligible for free shipping.
